Established in 1973, a joint venture company of PT Garuda Diesel and Kubota Corporation (Japan), PT Kubota Indonesia is manufacturing single cylinder diesel engines and appointed as the authorized importer of completely built-up Kubota products, including multi-cylinder diesel engines for generating sets, 4-wheel tractors and other farm & industrial applications.

It is in the property management industry, and currently manages Wisma Bhakti Mulya (8-floors rental office building) and Salemba 50 Exclusive Suites (4-floors retail and residential building).
